We want you to love your Mon Purse pieces for as long as possible, which is why we source superiors materials and ensure every item is crafted with care.

Each of our pieces is covered by a 12 month warranty, which ensures that any significant fault occurring within this timeframe will be resolved, with options including a credit, replacement, repair or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Please note: General wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.
We define general wear and tear as any minor damage that may arise from normal, regular use of a product. Both leather and hardware may incur some scuffs or marks from being carried and used regularly, which is within the nature of the materials, rather than being classified as a fault.

For example, the metal feet of your bag may become scuffed from being placed on rough surfaces. This would be general wear and tear.

A piece of hardware coming loose within the first 12 months with normal wear, however, would be covered under warranty as it is not an expected outcome of regular use.

If your Mon Purse piece is looking less than perfect, please contact our customer care team for further information regarding your options and the validity of your warranty.

Additionally, we offer an in-house repair service, ensuring your pieces are restored to their original state. Should an issue arise with your bag inside or outside of the warranty period, please contact our customer care team for advice on next steps.

If you require a repair outside of the warranty period, a reasonable fee may apply. This is to cover materials and time required to facilitate the repair. We are able to provide a quote prior to you sending your item; simply contact us and send through at least two clear images of the issue, along with a brief explanation of what has occurred and any detail you have regarding which piece it is. We are here to help!

In some instances, we may not be able to provide a repair, depending on what action is required and the availability of resources.

Repairs are processed weekly, though this may extend to fortnightly during our busy periods. Please allow up to 10 business days for your repair to be completed. We will contact you once it’s ready to be sent back, at which time we will issue an invoice for return shipping.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All Mon Purse products come with 365 days Manufacturer’s Warranty. If your purchase is defective, all you have to do is send it back to us and we will remake a new one for you at no cost. We will also cover your postage cost.
