An Update From Us

Mon Purse offers our sympathies to anyone who has been impacted by the effects surrounding COVID-19.

We care about the health and safety of our customers and staff and have adopted the current government protocols to ensure a safe environment for all.

We are taking all measures to ensure we are dealing with this outbreak which includes strict hygiene preventives, staff are required to work from home and quarantine methods are in place where required.

Below are the current updates on all precaution and changes which have been made to help deal with the current situation.

Online

Due to the current effects of COVID-19 we are strictly adhering to the health and safety guidelines in place. We are taking all measures to ensure a safe working environment for all which includes, strict hygiene preventives, modified working hours, minimum staff working within our warehouse. Unfortunately, this has led to delivery delays. We are doing our very best to ensure orders are shipped as soon as possible. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for online orders to be shipped.

To ensure the health and safety of our customers purchasing online, our couriers will sign on your behalf upon delivery of your parcel.

Stores

To ensure our customers and staff are kept safe and healthy during this time, we have decided to close all stores and will re-open once it is safe to do so. Our online store is still operating at usual please head to www.monpurse.com to explore new arrivals or your favourite MP classics.

Due to the minimum number of staff currently working within our office, unfortunately, we are experiencing customer service delays. We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
