4: International Taxes and Duties.

Please note, Taxes and Import Duties may be applied to international deliveries.
Recipients are liable for the Taxes, Import Duties & customs fees associated with the delivery country nominated.

Returns and Refunds Policy

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind you’re welcome to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery or the date of your purchase in-store.  It must be in its original condition and resalable.

Return shipping due to change of mind will be at your own expense.  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach Mon Purse, so please make sure it’s packaged properly and cannot get damaged in transit. We advise you use a postal service that insures the value of the item you are returning to and that you obtain proof of postage.  Signature on delivery to Mon Purse is required. Please email zoro@monpurse.com with your order number and notify us of your intention to return due to change of mind.

Please note that under no circumstances will monogrammed or customised products be accepted for return due to change of mind.

PRODUCT COLOURS

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Mon Purse as accurately as possible.

However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your product is faulty or damaged in transit Mon Purse will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email zoro@monpurse.com with your order number and photographs of the faulty product.

ONCE APPROVED:

1. If within Australia:
Please use the “Reply Paid” sticker to return.

2. If you are outside Australia:
Please email a copy of your postage costs, along with bank account details or PayPal account details and we will transfer the shipping costs to your account.

Refunds will be solely at the discretion of Mon Purse Pty Limited.

RECEIVING A REFUND

You will have your refund credited to the original payment & purchase method.  This includes gift voucher’s and and products redeemed via a gift voucher.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Please note that purchase made a MYER Australia, must be refunded in-store at the MYER from which you purchased.

PADDINGTON BOUTIQUE

If you purchased your Mon Purse from Paddington Boutique, then you will need to return it to the Paddington Boutique, along with the proof of purchase issued by that store. Purchases are subject to the same “Change of Mind” and “Faulty Products” Policy.

MYER, SELFRIDGES & BLOOMINGDALE’S 

If you purchased your Mon Purse from one our department store concessions, then you will need to return it to the store from which you purchased along with the proof of purchase issued by that store. Purchases made at Myer, Selfridges or Bloomingdale’s are subject to the same “Change of Mind” and “Faulty Products” Policy.
