Place your order before 9am to have it available in-store on the same afternoon, from 4pm.
Orders placed after 9am, on weekends or on a public holiday will be available for collection the following business day from 4pm.

You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been processed by our team; your order will then be taken to the store for you to collect.

* Preorders, made to order pieces and hand-painted products will be available to collect at the store from 4pm on the day you receive your shipping notification email; this takes into account all applicable production time.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind you’re welcome to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery or the date of your purchase in-store. It must be in its original condition and resalable.

Please note: We do not accept returns of any item that has been monogrammed, unless it is deemed faulty.
Any made to order pieces purchased will also not be accepted, unless faulty.

Return shipping due to change of mind will be at your own expense. We recommend selecting a shipping service with tracking, as we will not be liable for any losses incurred during the returns process.
Signature on delivery to Mon Purse is required. Please email zoro@monpurse.com with your order number and notify us of your intention to return due to change of mind.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

PRODUCT COLOURS

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Mon Purse as accurately as possible.

However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colour will be identical to the physical item received.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your product is faulty or damaged in transit Mon Purse will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email zoro@monpurse.com with your order number and photographs of the faulty product.

Once approved:

1. If within Australia:
Please use the “Reply Paid” sticker to return.

2. If you are outside Australia:
Please email a copy of your postage costs, along with bank account details or PayPal account details and we will transfer the shipping costs to your account.

Refunds will be solely at the discretion of Mon Purse Pty Limited.

RECEIVING A REFUND

You will have your refund credited to the original payment and purchase method. This includes gift vouchers and products redeemed via a gift voucher.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

PADDINGTON BOUTIQUE

If you purchased your Mon Purse from Paddington Boutique, then you will need to return it to the Paddington Boutique, along with the proof of purchase issued by that store. Purchases are subject to the same “Change of Mind” and “Faulty Products” Policy.

MYER

If you purchased your Mon Purse from one our department store concessions, then you will need to return it to the store from which you purchased along with the proof of purchase issued by that store. Purchases made at Myer are subject to the same “Change of Mind” and “Faulty Products” policies.

Order before 9AM AEDT on weekdays and collect your order at our Boutique in Paddington between 4PM and closing time (6PM, except Sun: 5PM, Thu: 7PM).
Orders placed on the weekend will be available to pick up after 4pm on Monday.
